Introduction to Tandem Lake Water ( CKNB 01 or PC LC-T01 or PC BC Intro) recommended or discretion of instructor.

Off-water: Canoe handling

On-water: Basic Strokes for stern, middle, bow – cadence, switching sides, braces, draws and prys, rudders, sweeps, sculls, reverse

On-Water: Team synchronization and strategy (effective paddling in calm, or unplanned wind, waves, tide)

Maneuvers: side-slipping, pivots, figure eights, lean turns, stopping, (optional) dock landings
